I love this take on what it means to be a leader! Such a refreshing take on leadership, and what makes a great one.
A leader becomes by doing, especially if they’re fortunate enough with mentors to guide, challenge, and cheer one along.
I love that – it’s a good thought for many of us who don’t consider themselves to be “born leaders”, as those who are so prominent in society today.
